Herbert Burda GmbH - Sanitärtechnik

The company

Founded in 1964 by Herbert Burda in Dusseldorf, the company first produced perforated tapes and fastening elements.

In 1968, the first supporting frame for WC elements was developed and put into production.

The brick wall elements segment with the "Kombiset" and the first dry construction element with "Santro 2000" were added to the range in 1972 and 1984 respectively.

In the following years, the "cuccoo built-in furniture", electronic flushing systems and Meroblock and M-Tec, which were acquired from the company Uponor in 2007, were added to the product line.

Floor level shower elements and corner elements complete the range today.

Innovative development work coupled with technical know-how will give birth to new, high quality products in the future.
